This Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between YG Global Yazılım Limited Şirketi (“Licensor”) and the individual or legal entity purchasing a software product (the “Product”) from the Licensor’s store at ygyazilim.com (“Licensee”). By purchasing, downloading or using the Product, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.
1. Scope of License
Subject to full payment, the Licensor grants the Licensee the right to use the Product within the limits set out below. Unless otherwise stated in writing, each purchase covers a single regular license and applies to one single end product (final project).
2. Permitted Uses
- Install, configure and use the Product in your own commercial or personal project.
- Modify and customize the source code according to the needs of your project.
- Use the Product as part of an end product in which end users cannot resell or redistribute the Product itself.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, renting, sublicensing or distributing the Product or its source code, whether as-is or modified.
- Publishing the Product publicly on code-sharing platforms (GitHub, torrents, forums, etc.).
- Creating more than one independent end product with a single license (each new project requires a separate license).
- Removing copyright notices, license keys or author information.
4. Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, the download link and/or license key is made available in the “Downloads” section of the Licensee’s customer account. Delivery normally occurs shortly after payment confirmation.
5. Updates and Support
Unless otherwise stated in the Product description, each purchase includes 6 (six) months of technical support and access to released updates. Support is limited to installation help and bug fixing; it does not cover customization, third-party integrations or hosting services.
6. Payment and Refunds
Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. As the Products are digital, no refunds are available once the download link or license key has been delivered. If the Product fails to perform its described core functionality, the Licensor undertakes to provide a fix or replacement within a reasonable time.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Product belong to the Licensor or the respective rights holders. This Agreement transfers a limited right of use only, not ownership of the Product.
8. Third-Party Components
The Product may include open-source or third-party components subject to their own licenses. The Licensee is responsible for complying with the terms of such components.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided “as is”. The Licensor does not warrant that the Product will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Licensor’s total liability under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the amount paid for the relevant Product. The Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Termination
If the Licensee breaches this Agreement, the license terminates automatically and the Licensee must stop using and destroy all copies of the Product.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of Kocaeli shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
