Delivery and refunds
Digital products are delivered by email and/or the client area after payment clears. If delivery fails for a technical reason on our side, we resend or refund.
Once a licence key, file or certificate has been issued and used, refunds are not available except where required by law or where the product is proven defective and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
Chargebacks on valid delivered orders may lead to licence revocation.
