These terms apply when you buy a digital product from YG Global Yazılım Limited Şirketi (Softy Global) on this site as a consumer or business customer.
Digital goods (software licences, downloads, certificates) are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Delivery is usually to the email on the order and/or the client area.
Prices are shown on the product page. Taxes are stated at checkout where they apply.
Because the product is digital and supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts may not apply once download or licence access has started, where the law allows that exception. See also our delivery and refund terms.
