The need
If shift forms hit Excel the next day, downtime and scrap show up late. The same metric is counted differently in different sheets.
What we built
Tablet entry on the floor and a line/shift view for managers. Metric definitions live in the system.
- Production view: Units, target and downtime per line.
- Downtime log: Reason codes entered in the system.
- Scrap tracking: Scrap by product and shift.
- Shared metrics: Reports from one definition.
