The need
If the list stays on paper or in chat, same-day changes reach the driver late. Proof of delivery is weak when there is a dispute.
What we built
A mobile app for the driver and a delivery panel for HQ. Offline use and later sync where coverage is poor.
- Task list: Daily deliveries on the phone, with order and priority.
- Proof of delivery: Photo, signature and location.
- Offline use: Work without a signal, then sync.
- HQ panel: Track completed and pending deliveries.
